Big Red Balls
I woke up this morning, had scraps of coffee grounds, made really weak coffee (because I cant survive without anything), and no sooner sat down in my groggy state of mind and my friend Jason and his roommate Josh were heading to brunch. They asked if I wanted to go and Ricko called and said he was going too. I said sure.
So being half asleep, I jumped in the shower, still exhausted from last nights walking around Castro for 3 hours (I didnt realize how much it wore me out till this morning), I was ready to go. Mind you, I havent jumped in the shower in that condition in years. It was hell.
So I met them at Starbucks and my friend John called. He was heading to Target but decided to take a detour to do brunch with us. We went to Luna which seems like the place lately to go and all had an enjoyable breakfast.
I bought some hair dye to lighten my hair a bit, came home and took a nap while John continued to Target, and Rick, Jason, and Josh headed downtown to shop. My goal today was to go out and take some pictures of the city and it ended up being a group adventure. I met up with them again around 2:30 in Union Square, Josh left, and the 4 of us ventured around, walking, and taking some pictures.
Finally John and Rick left and Jason and I headed to Chevys for a quick bite to eat. It was nice spending some time with him. I really think there are some great people around me and always appreciative of the time I get to spend with them.
Tonight Im off to the Powerhouse and tomorrow its time to be a human Christmas Tree. Oh boy, what a great weekend so far.
